Seafront Holiday Flats is a family run business and we still love the sight of the sun melting into the ocean from the Seafront Flats 40 years later. The south of the Island is blessed with the most spectacular sunsets and beautiful coastal walks up to the western seas.

Great Location

Port Erin Bay is perfect for swimming, no strong currents just a gentle sandy beach ideal for snorkelling, kayaking or just having fun and for the more adventurous the bay also hosts a sailing school. Surrounded by rolling green hills, sandy beaches and clear blue waters Port Erin is one of the most beautiful villages on the island & on a sunny day it’s heaven with high teas and home made ice cream just a stones throw away.

A gem of a place. Host Susan was excellent with communication, before and during my stay. My holiday flat itself (Flat 1 downstairs, sea view) was perfect and at a reasonable early season price. Wonderful comfortable bed, pleasantly furnished and a with a well equipped kitchen. The sea views from the front garden are lovely - a perfect spot to relax in of an evening with a glass of wine. Port Erin itself is a great location to base oneself on the island, with frequent buses to and from Castletown, the airport and Douglas. Port Erin is also the end of the line of the steam railway from Douglas. I highly recommend this accommodation if you plan to say on the Isle of Man. Dogs welcome by arrangement too. Stayed with my dog 17th-21st May 2023.

I’m staying here right now and love it. A few years ago I stayed next door but had a chance to peek into a couple of flats here, and fell in love! The location is perfect and the owner has a lovely decorative flair and has added wonderful personal touches throughout. It’s quiet and impeccably clean with the most wonderful, comfortable blankets - and an electric blanket, too, just in case. She’s thought of everything.
